Eye drops for dryness and eye discomfort

Altial is a sterile, multi-dose tear substitute with pre-dosed drops that can be used for corneal protection. The product is transparent and viscoelastic. Altial can be used to moisturise and lubricate the surface of the eye, especially in cases of: dry eyes or minor non-pathological disorders such as burning, redness, itching and eye fatigue caused by various factors such as stress, dust, smoke, dry air, smog, wind, bright or artificial light, prolonged use of computer screens, use of hard or soft contact lenses, exposure to the sun, insufficient night-time rest, long periods of driving.

Before use, ensure that the multi-dose container is intact. Detach the container from the strip, open the cap-cover, taking care to place it with the base raised. Instil one or more drops into each eye. Close the container with the top of the cap; Altial can be used for 2-3 daily administrations.
Use within 12 hours of opening. After instillation, vision returns to normal after a few minutes.
The drops produced per drop are accurately pre-dosed by the shape of the vial itself.
Each multi-dose container contains: 0.6 ml of solution. 100 ml of solution contains: hyaluronic acid 0.16 g, sodium chloride 0.8 g, sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate 0.06 g, sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate 0.47 g, water q.s. to 100 ml.
- Do not use damaged or punctured containers.
- Avoid contact between the tip of the container and the eye.
- Ensure that the container does not come into contact with any contaminating substances or surfaces once opened.
- Do not use in case of specific hypersensitivity to the components or other chemically related substances.
- Do not use simultaneously with other ophthalmic medicines for external use.
- Do not use in case of eye infections.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date indicated.
- Store at temperatures between 2° and 25° C.
- If you experience any discomfort while using the product, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.
